A story about how friendship and a sense of belonging are more important than power and strength. The well-known adventures of Mowgli and his jungle friends in a beautiful, modern adaptation. Just as in every jungle—including our own—certain rules apply in the jungle where Mowgli lives. The importance of respecting these rules is one of the main messages of this captivating adventure film.

Mowgli, who was raised by a pack of wolves, becomes a thorn in the side of the powerful tiger Shere Khan. Shere Khan demands Mowgli’s death because he does not consider Mowgli to be part of their jungle community.

Shere Khan killed Mowgli’s father, and so he fears for his own life once Mowgli grows up. The wolves, together with the panther Bagheera, try to save Mowgli by taking him to the village where people live.

During his journey to the people, Mowgli experiences various adventures, beginning with his escape from Shere Khan, followed by a ride on buffaloes, an encounter with the snake Kaa, the bear Baloo, and others.

When Mowgli learns that Shere Khan has killed his close wolf friend, he decides to put an end to Shere Khan’s reign of terror in the jungle.
