Saint Rita
The story of Saint Rita of Cascia, an Italian visionary and nun. Her life story shows that even things that seem like great evil can be transformed into great blessings by a holy person through openness to God.
As a young girl, Rita Lotti marries Paolo Mancini. Paolo comes from a wealthy patrician family. His family is in a long-standing feud with another family, and Rita’s husband also becomes a victim of this conflict.
The disputes between the family clans continue, and Rita’s husband is not the only one to be consumed by hatred and vengeance. Despite her enormous loss, Rita longs to break the cycle of evil and dedicates her life to forgiveness and reconciliation.
