The 1962 film Saint Joseph of Cupertino is a humorous and touching portrayal of the life of Saint Joseph of Cupertino, known as the “flying monk.” The main character, Giuseppe Desa, was played by Maximilian Schell, who perfectly captured his simplicity and innocence.
