A short film about the plight of Christians in China who are subjected to persecution and oppression. Raising awareness about what is happening in China, combined with prayer, can help bring about change in this totalitarian country.
The father of a young girl named Abbey Rains is an international journalist. Thanks to her father’s work, Abbey travels to China with him.
In China, she meets Lu Chen, who is a Christian. Lu tells Abbey about the persecution Christians face in China. Through her new friend, Abbey joins a local Christian congregation and learns about the lives of others in their community.
She begins to realize that many of the people she meets in other places may be informants for the Chinese police. Abbey strikes up a conversation with a young waiter, who, however, extracts information from her that is then used against the local Christians.
Despite this setback, Abbey’s father helps set things right, thanks to his journalistic skills.
