A story depicting the lives of a young couple whose relationship was initially dominated by blind infatuation and recklessness rather than responsibility and true love. A film showing that God’s touch can transform even a complete wretch into a good father, husband, and son.
Raul is an extravagant young man who practices Kung Fu and grew up in a family where his father was an alcoholic who abused Raul’s mother. Sharon grew up in a Christian family, and she is expected to find a husband who is also a practicing Christian. In the end, however, she ends up with Raul, who is, in his own way, an exhibitionist and hedonist carrying a great deal of emotional baggage from the family he grew up in.
After their wedding, their life together soon turns from a sweet romance into a nightmare. Not only does Sharon suffer, but so do their children. Raul reveals his true colors as a tyrant and a womanizer. The situation culminates in Sharon leaving Raul with the children.
Raul decides to shoot Sharon. However, just as he picks up the gun, he hears the words of a preacher. His words touch Raul’s heart, and he experiences a spiritual conversion. From that moment on, his life changes completely.
