Voiceless
Jesse Dean and his wife, Julia, move to northeast Philadelphia, where he takes a position as community outreach director at New Life Fellowship church.
Shortly after starting his new job, he notices an abortion clinic that has opened across the street from the church. Jesse, a deeply devout and staunch pro-life activist, begins protesting against the clinic and tries to involve both the church and the community in the fight against it.
Jesse’s efforts face resistance not only from outside but also within the church—the pastor and some members of the congregation fear conflict and potential legal problems.
Jesse resolves to take decisive action following the tragedy of a young woman who undergoes an abortion and subsequently dies of a drug overdose. Despite various pressures and opposition, Jesse decides to stand up for what he believes is right, even at the cost of personal sacrifice.
