The family film “Kina and Juk: The Story of the Foxes” tells, in an engaging way, the story of a pair of arctic foxes, Kina and Juk, who live in a snow-covered Arctic landscape and are awaiting the arrival of their cubs.

Juk tries to bring food for Kina, but he has to venture farther and farther from their den in search of food. As a result of his efforts, a broken-off ice floe carries him far out to sea, far away from Kina.

Both face various challenges and obstacles as they try to find their way back to each other. It is a story of courage, love, and the longing to be together. Moreover, the birth of their pups is approaching, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives in the harsh environment of the polar wilderness.

The film is based on true events and was shot with real animals in the extreme conditions of the Canadian North.
