A film Love’s Unending Legacy (2007) about loss and pain, but also about love and rebuilding relationships and family.

After her husband, a sheriff, is shot in a saloon, Missie raises her son on her own. Together with her child, she goes to live with her parents, where they find a new home.

Missie begins working as a teacher and soon takes in a fourteen-year-old homeless orphan—Belinda Marshall. Belinda’s brother ends up in the care of a local tyrant and his wife. This situation deeply troubles both Belinda and Missy, and the local sheriff, Zack Tyler, helps them resolve it.

Through various hardships and their efforts to overcome them, these people build relationships with one another; Missie regains her lost hope and joy in life, and Zack rediscovers his faith in God.
