A true story about a man who survived a serious car accident, after which he went into clinical death and found himself in heaven. It is also a story about the love of his wife and his close friends.

After the accident, in which a truck crashed into his car, Don Piper’s pulse could not be detected. The paramedics were convinced he was dead. 

After some time, a pastor arrives at the scene of the accident and begins to pray for Don. After many minutes, Don comes back to life. 

He has very serious injuries that will require treatment lasting several months to several years. During the worst of it, his loving wife Eva remains by his side. 

Don finds it difficult to bear his great suffering. Despite Don’s grumpiness and his aversion to earthly life after having experienced heaven, his wife remains his faithful caregiver.
